Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via email or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All prices on the website include VAT. Each order will incur a delivery charge of £5 for deliveries within most areas of mainland UK.
Delivery Schedule The coats are made of order and can take between 2-3 weeks to manufacture and deliver. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the goods are ready to be dispatched.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices on the website include VAT
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Every care has been made to ensure that the product descriptions and design specifications are correct at the time of going to press, however while the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur in both colour and design.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email info@petrifiedpets.co.uk and make us aware of your reason. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods. Returns must be unused and in the original packaging. Due to the bespoke design process of the dog coats purchased, customers will be offered a credit note or exchange only. A full refund will only be given if the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Postage and packing will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. If any product faults are caused by the customer's misuse or lack of care, you are not entitled to a refund.
